Returns and Refunds:
Returns are applicable within 7 days from the delivery date. If you encounter any issues with your ERD product within this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. We want to ensure your satisfaction, and all expenses related to the refund or replacement process will be managed by ERD Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your account details for the refund process.
Warranty Coverage:
After the initial 7-day refund period, our products are covered by a 3-month warranty policy. Should you experience any manufacturing defects or issues within this period, ERD Infotech Pvt Ltd will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
To claim warranty service within the 3-month period, simply ship the product to our company address. While we cover the cost of replacement and repair, the shipping charges for returning the product to ERD Infotech Pvt Ltd will be borne by the user.
Upon receipt of the product, our team will inspect it for any manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, a replacement will be promptly provided, and all associated costs will be covered by ERD Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Please note that a valid invoice will be required as proof of purchase for both warranty and refund claims.
Replacement Shipping Policy:
In the case of a replacement under warranty, while we cover the cost of the replacement product, the user will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to ERD Infotech Pvt Ltd.
