Returns and Refunds:
Our policy is No Return, No Refund. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason after a product is delivered. It is recommended that customers thoroughly examine specifications prior to making a purchase.
Warranty Coverage:
A three-month replacement warranty is offered for any manufacturing defects in any ERD products. You can get a free replacement through our approved ERD service center if you run into any problems during this time.
To claim the warranty: Simply ship the product to our company address. Provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase. Ensure the product is free from physical damage or misuse. Warranty claims will not be entertained without valid proof of purchase.
Received Damaged Items Policy:
If you receive a damaged product, you must provide an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the package being opened for verification. Photos alone will not be accepted as proof.
Replacement will only be processed if the video evidence confirms the product was received in damaged condition.
If the customer fails to provide a valid unboxing video or if the provided evidence does not justify the damage claim, the company will be unable to replace the product.
Replacement Shipping Policy:
Replacements are provided free of cost at our service centre.
