We do not offer exchanges. However, all products are covered under a 3-month replacement warranty under manufacturing defects only.
To claim a replacement, Kindly ship the product to our company address ERD’s authorized service centre with a valid invoice or proof of purchase. Physical damage, misuse, or tampering will void the warranty.
